After a slow start stripers have finally arrived in abundance in the Kennebec River here in Maine.
BioEdge VP Peter Nason was recently on the river with John Ward of Northwoods Sporting Journal and television with guide Todd Jackson (1-888-SEA-DUCK). When jigging for mackerel or hauling in 36" stripers both showed a 3 to 1 preference for scented baits. 
Shrimp Wands on a Zebeky rig brought up full strings of fish whereas none scented rigs caught one or two.
Mackerel Wands on Live mackerel or Mackerel Potion on Dead baits made them the targets of great action!
